Report
The lighting that we used was very good, it dose give us ideas for possible music ideas. This being said we don't think we would use these lighting techniques in our own music video.

What went wrong
For this not much went wrong, the only thing that did, was that we didn't know how to put the batteries in the disco lights, this meant that we had to get Cheryl to help us put them in. other than that we did everything our self's. To be honest we kind of had to because when we went to look for Cheryl again, we couldn't find her. Also, Emily had trouble putting changing the back drop, but I helped her with that.

What went wrong
The only thing that went wrong was the fact that after we shot the stuff in the studio, we changed the song again. We also ran over with our time.

What went wrong
Locations/ ideas/ song - Deciding on what song to do was a nightmare. This was because we had all decided to do the song Jungle by Emma Louise, but after I did the Shot list and we knew exactly what we were doing and we knew we were filming in my house, Ellie decided to change the whole theme and song to Taylor swift - all to well. Me and Emily didn't understand there idea and after listening to the song, we think that Ellie's idea doesn't make any sense and we don't think they know what there doing because there relying on the weather to be really nice in January. Then we listened to the song and Emily noticed that I was a quite up-beet song, so we changed it again. This time we narrowed it down to 2 locations. Then Chris sort of rushed us and made the whole class think that we needed to get a all the paper work done within a really short amount of time, so we then decided to do the song Billie Eilish - Your Power and said to do some shots in the studio and some shots of the beach. This was easer for everyone because I live really far away from everyone else and shooting in the studio may be really boring, but is the only thing that everyone said they would be ok to do together that is easy to get to. Ellie made it so difficult to decide on locations because she Kept making it an issue of how we were going to get to those places. Apparently my house was really difficult to get to, but the beach was really easy, despite the fact that it is the same distance with both my house and Polzeth. then we heard that James had basically the same idea as us, not song idea. Apparently he looked at Ellie's screen and stole the idea of going to the beach. Then Emily looked at me and said; "Do you want to go back to our original idea, Ellie and Cortney can come if they want to, but if not then we will split off into 2 groups. I am not doing the same idea as someone else." I was soooo exited. The original idea was just so much better that the other ideas and it is in 1 location. MY HOUSE! this means I didn't need to travel very far on the day of the shoot.
The day of the shoot - The day of the shoot went quite well, Courtney came quite early. In the time that I was waiting for them to get to my house, I put some quasits in the oven, later I realised that I hadn't started it, which meant that when Cortney got to mine, I had to aquadly eat them in front of her. Soon afterward Emily texted me saying that she was outside my house, which she wasn't. When she told me where she was she said that there was a barn and trees, which really narrowed it down. Then I told her to go to a certain pub and me and Courtney walked up the road to find them. When they found us, we all walked back down to my house. Emily's mum followed us down in her car and stayed outside my house for the entire time that we were filming. (6 hours) She stayed in her car for about 3 hours and went in my house for the other 3 when my mum went on a walk. Anyway we started filming in the spare room first at about 11:00, then the front room, then on the stairs, then on the balcony. Then we stopped for lunch because we were all getting a little tired of the song. Then we went in the hall and filmed in there, then we went in kitchen. After we filmed in the house, we went into the field next to my house and filmed in that. Ellie did have an issue with that particularly because she saw the sign saying; "No trespassing!" which meant that she was a little on edge when we were in there and she was even more afraid when my dog started barking. On the Friday, when it was brighter, we needed to film the 4 rooms again because the shots that Emily filmed were a bit dark, so I went around the house with my phone and took a video of them.
Studio - When we were editing we noticed that every time she got to the really hard part of the song, she would never get it right. This lead to us telling Ellie to rehears the hard bit, so she would get it right in the studio, which she did and it look really good when it came to the edit. We also told her to dance which looked really cool. She had only one light on her in the studio, so she didn't look flat and not only did it look good, but she looked so clean. There was also one part that every time we came to it, she would either mess up or talk to the camera, no one noticed this, but luckily we only got one take where she got the whole song right and I found it whilst editing.
Screening - So for whatever stupid reason, we decided to screen Ellie's music video, the video that was finished last. Her video wasn't very good because there was no Collar grading and it didn't follow the shot list very well. There was so many shots that didn't look very good because she started off using so many bedroom shots, which granted looked the best out of all the room that we shot in, but looked strange in comparison to the gimble shots that she used. She used a lot of the gimble shots, which looked dark and made Ellie look sunburnt. She only edited 2 bits outside in slow motion, where there should have been more and she copied my overlay idea at the end of her edit. we should have screened someone's who was ready to screen like mine or Emily's, because mine was done and Emily had more of the house than I did.
